From the ER to the Injection Room
Paula Shuster's path to aesthetics didn't start in a med spa — it started in the emergency room. For over a decade, she worked as an ER nurse, the kind of job that leaves no room for hesitation. Every decision mattered. Every detail mattered. That precision, and a steady focus on the person in front of her, never left.
In 2016, she brought that same discipline into a new chapter: transitioning to become an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner in New York City, where she had the privilege of working alongside some of the city's most renowned plastic surgeons. In the years since, she's managed and operated medical spas across New York before founding ACE Aesthetics — a private boutique & concierge practice built on the same principle that guided her through a decade in the trauma unit.
The person matters more than the procedure.
Paula is also a mother and entrepreneur — balancing the precision of her craft with the perspective of someone building something meant to last, for her clients and her family alike.
